We’ll not only be handling your midnight emergencies. As part of this agreement, we’ll be coming out once a month to inspect all of your plumbing. This includes checking your outside pipes and taps, checking your pumps and your meter, inspecting all of your toilets, basins, zincs, showers and baths, as well as giving your geyser and the various plumbing connections you have, a once over.
When we do this monthly maintenance, we’ll be looking for any damage or corrosion which might lead to damage down the line. It is natural that pipes will experience plenty of wear and tear over the years, but before the wear and tear become a leak, our monthly maintenance will pick up the possible problems.
As we plan our SLAs, which we’ll be offering as a 6 month contract, we’ll consider the size of your property as well as a number of bathrooms you have. From this assessment, we’ll be able to offer you a fair SLA that will make your life easier. Worrying about finding a plumber at the last minute or not realising that a quiet leak is costing you plenty, will be a thing of the past.
